SERVICES OFFERED
Fire alarm plays an important role in notifying the building occupants or residential inhabitants that there's a fire emergency. Most fire alarms also send a signal to a central monitoring station that can either be on or off-site. Otherwise, alarms directly transmit a message to the local fire department.
Kitchen fire suppression system are highly effective fire containment systems. Once a fire is detected, the system's nozzles discharge wet chemicals from above the appliance. The wet chemicals cover the flames and starve the fire. Once the system is activated, it disconnects the gas line to the appliance.
Foam fire extinguishers are the most effective and safest extinguisher to use on fire involving flammable liquids (Class B), and solid combustibles (Class A). Typically, these can be very dangerous fires which are the burning of liquids such as petrol, diesel, paints, oil, solvents, spirits, and lot else besides.
FM-200 also commonly known as HFC-227ea, is a clean agent fire suppressant for Class A, B, and C fires and meets NFPA standard 2001 Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing Systems. Clean Agents are fast effective in suppressing fires, are safe in occupied spaces, and do not leave a residue.
Automatic Fire Sprinkler System (AFSS) are specially developed spray nozzles: they are sealed by a glass bulb, and they react automatically to the heat of a fire. Sprinklers go into action when the glass bulb, and they react automatically to the heat of a fire. Sprinklers go into action when the glass bulb bursts and the nozzle closure is released
INSPECTION, TESTING AND MAINTENANCE (ITM) tasks shall be performed by personnel trained/qualified in the maintenance and repair of the subject fire protection system or equipment. These personnel shall have available the manufacturer's service installation manuals, maintenance manuals, and service bulletins for the system or equipment being installed.
